From the garden to the table, or from the pantry to the oven we are committed to creating something luscious with the unique bounties available to us. Each workshop is designed to focus on a particular cooking technique, to showcase a seasonal theme or to highlight a particular ingredient.
Generally our workshops are limited to six individuals but occasionally we do make exceptions. These sessions are completely hands on. We have a roll-up your sleeves and get to cooking approach. Sharing a workshop experience with friends and strangers alike is a wonderful way to expand your culinary skill set; each individual brings something valuable to the table. Occasionally we invite guest facilitators to join us and share their knowledge and expertise of a particular subject.

On The Workbench:
Baking: quick breads – yeast breads – biscuits and rolls – pie dough and pies – pastries – cookies – bars – crackers and Tuiles – desserts of a wide variety.
Cooking: appetizers – soups and salads – cooking with proteins – vegetables and side dishes – sauces and condiments – again, desserts of a wide variety.
